Funny story, when I opened my Commercial Real Estate business in January 2020 everyone thought I was mad electing to forgo a typical real estate office and working from home fulltime.  They told me, without hesitation, that it would impact my ability to grow my business.  Three short months later we entered our first COVID lockdown.  Fast forward to mid-2021 and after multiple lockdowns, people started to tell what a genius idea it was to work from home full time.  Go figure.

Truth be told, in my previous life working full time and living in Brisbane, it was in my employment contract and I was required to work from home on a hybrid working model all the way back in 2016.  Large companies like banks and insurance companies had already adopted a full-time work from home model for their call centre employees.  When I opened my business and when COVID hit, work from home was not unusual for me. 

I have dreamed of opening a co-working space for almost four years, even prior to COVID.  Hybrid working is here to stay and I am so incredibly proud to bring Grafton it’s first co-working space.  I hope the warmth and comfort (with a sprinkle of quirkiness) we have curated at The Loft Workspace brings comfort and productivity to your work day.
